Vintage carved shell cameo pendant brooch. 

This is a wonderful cameo. The carved shell beautiful graceful young lady's silhouette/head has nice detail.

The pendant brooch measures about 1 3/4" long (not including bail) 2 1/8" long including bail and 1 1/4" wide. 

Vermeil which is gold over sterling, it is stamped sterling.
