Vintage almost 15 inches long, advertising clothes brush from Kolb's Cleaners in Mississippi. Phone number was a 5 digit phone number so this was 1950's or before. In good vintage condition with some age wear.
It actually still works well. I used it today to brush a vintage purse just to check it out.
