We are pleased to offer this Lanard Corps Lightning Mobutu GI Joe World Force team action figure from 1988. Very interesting figure from the World Force, dressed in colorful gear, he represents an African track star that joined the Corps when his homeland was taken over by a maniacal dictator.

This action figure is in good vintage condition but not perfect. Nothing is broken and his limbs move nicely. There are some areas of missing paint. Some of the white on this shirt is wearing off on the back straps, and the green on his helmet, as well as other areas show paint wear. Please see my detailed photos.
