This is a single Indentured Oaf card from Magic The Gathering, Ravnica: City of Guilds Edition, released in October, 2005 by Wizards of the Coast.  The card was removed from an expansion pack in and stored in an Ultra Pro Sheet in a binder.  It has never been played.

The picture is of the actual copy being auctioned.  It has been kept in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
