Napolean Capodimonte Porcelain Poinsettia Flower.  It is in good condition with a few tiny chips on the tips of the petals(around 5-6) and I think the end of the stem is broken also.  It measures around 4 1/2" x 4" x 2".  Please use pics as part of description.
