This is a replacement plug for the 22 pin main plug found on the back of many Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep radios. (If you need the opposite version for installing an aftermarket radio, check our store for the CW-AP22.) Wiring pigtails of approximately 6 inches are attached.
These would be used if your original plugs were cut off and you are trying to install a factory radio in the vehicle. This was the only 22-pin plug offered by Mopar in the vehicles listed, so if you've counted 22 pins on your main radio connector and it came from a vehicle on the list and is going into a vehicle on the list, this is the one you need.
This style of plug was used on most Chrysler, dodge and Jeep radios from 2002 and newer, in some vehicles. See APPLICATIONS below for examples of vehicles that used this plug, as well as notes about some exceptions.
This harness does not use standard wiring colors, so research will be required, as Mopar did not always use the same color wires in their vehicles. Do NOT assume a wire in this plug is the same as yours because the color is close.
This plug is sometimes cast as gray and sometimes as white. We will send whichever one we grab out of the box. Obviously the color of the plug makes no difference when it comes to functionality...
This works in all vehicles on the list if you have a radio with a 22-pin plug that came from a vehicle on this list, but some applications may require an antenna adapter. *If you have a 2002, you should probably check to see if you have a metal 'motorola' style vehicle antenna or one with a black plastic connector on the end. If it is metal with a spike sticking out of the end, that is the old style and you will need the antenna adapter in listing 273778126378 as well.
* Some of the early 2002 models have the old style (twin 7-pin) plugs. (The Neon, Caravan, T & C and Voyager are known examples but there could be others.) You can put the 2002+ style radio in them but your antenna may be different, as noted above. See the reference to the antenna adapter listing above.
