I am pleased to offer for sale a Blue Heirloom Starburst Platter from FOSTORIA!  This was purchased at an estate sale so I can only give you what I see.  It is in very good condition.  There are a couple of tiny spots around the center of the tray and a couple of tiny scratches.  They are only noticeable upon close inspection and at certain angles in the light.  The bottom has a couple of tiny rough spots (they measure around 1/4 inch)  Please use pics as part of the description.
