You get everything you see in the photo. Most items are in excellent used condition.

The sofa and chair for the living room both could use a cleaning. The dining room cupboard is missing one door, but if you remove the other door, you wouldn’t notice.

I am including the mom, but her shirt is a little dirty and her hair needs brushing.
