This small vintage porcelain bell features calming blue and white colors with a flying seagull on top.  It is in good overall condition with no chips or cracks.  It does have a small spot on the top as shown, I think it is paint but I am not sure.  You get the actual item pictured so please look at all photos and ask any questions before purchase.
