This is for a NEW SEALED set titled "The Millennium Collection" from Canada Post. It still has the sticker on front that showed this cost $59.99 when it first came out! It measures 11 1/4" x 10 1/4" in new condition. Set was limited to 200,000 copies, album features 68 different stamps, $31.28 face value.
