3. Once you receive the return label all we ask is please pack the item with care, so it does not accrue any damage during transit.

4. When the item arrives, the return will be closed, and a refund will be issued.

     We find all our items in abandoned storage units so we do not know the history of the products or what they have been through. We try our best to filter out broken, damaged or items subjected to cigarette smoke, but some items might slip through.
