Military WWII era Radio Transmitter T-19/ARC-5 Aircraft for Parts or Repair

Will ship in box it was found in, with some more foam added. Very nice artifact, but clearly a project. The top cover is lose and not able to be slotted in properly, as shwon. The bottom is not affixed. No idea about the state of the parts or tubes, sold AS-IS for parts or repair.
