Duck Noise Rattle Yellow Plastic Hand Painted 1950s

In good condition for age. Shows signs of age and usage. I am pretty sure it is plastic. Rattles when shaken. Measures about 3" x 2" x 2.75". Could use thorough cleaning but left to collector discretion. Please see photos.
