Copper Enamel Painter's Palette and Silver Colored Paintbrush Small Pin Pair Set, Screw back matching Painter's Palette and Paintbrush earrings, . This is a unique collection of seven pieces and it is rare to find together so many of Rebajes themed jewelry in one offering. Francisco Rebajes’ jewelry reflects Art Moderne and Arts & Crafts designs. As the first Modernist jeweler to open a studio/shop in New York City, his work has been shown in museums and exhibitions and appears in numerous jewelry reference books including 'Modernist Jewelry 1930-1960' by Marbeth Schon; 'Copper Art Jewelry ' by Matthew L. Burkholz and Linda Lichtenberg Kaplan. Rebajes’ vintage pieces from the 1930s to 1950s are highly collectible and are featured in the Whitny Museum. The Copper Enamel  Painter's Palette and Paintbrush Small Pin Trio has smatterings of white, red, green, yellow and blue enamel. The large pin measures 2 1/82" by 2" and features three large copper brushes. The back is signed "Rebajes" with his trademark "infinity sign" . The two small companion pins measure 3/4" by 1". This Rare vintage pin/brooch pair/set by Rebajes features earring size copper palettes with silver paintbrushes and a repetition of the multi-colored enamel "paint" dabs on the larger pin.
