This vintage 1995 Hasbro Tonka Batman Forever Batmobile is incomplete.  It is missing pieces and has signs of heavy play.  It has scuffs, scratches and markings as shown.  It takes 2 C batteries but I can not get it to do anything.  I am not sure what it is supposed to do.  THIS IS BEING SOLD AS IS NONWORKING PLAY CAR.  It rolls great.  Some of the stickers are peeling lifting and or missing.  You get the actual item pictured so please look at all photos and ask any questions before purchase.
