Cosmetic Condition:

Lens has been used. Front rim is bent, but it still accepts filters. But lens has one major issue, it has one of the lens elements upside down. And does not focus to infinity. It focuses from 1-2 feet only. So it needs repair, or maybe it can be used for parts. Lens does not achieve infinity focus. Other then that Lens glass looks good. I don't see any noticeable scratches. I see one of the inner elements has some haze. Aperture and zoom work well. Lens aperture blades are not slow. But again lens is inoperable, since it does not focus to infinity.
