It will fit any lens that is approx. 5.5X3". Such as SP 180mm f2.5 Adaptall. Please look at the pictures, make sure that it is large enough to fit your lens.
Item has been used, however it I don't see anything damaged - no scratches, no cracks or dents (see pics). This case is fully operational and functions as intended. I would rate it a 10, on a scale from 1 to 10.
