Please note that this lens cap should fit lens with 72mm rim. Please note that Konica made couple versions of 300mm f4.5 and f6.3 lenses, make sure that your lens has 72mm rim.
I would rate it at 9 out of 10 or excellent condition. Item has been used, it has some light scratching from normal use.
