I would rate it at 8 out of 10. Filter has been used, but it is in very good condition. It has light wear on the metal ring from use, and I see some very fine scratches on the glass coating. Damage is minor, filter is fully operational and functions as intended. Glass looks good, I don't see any large/deep scratches. I don't see any fungus or haze damage to the glass. I don't see any damage to the treads as well. Filter looks and works good.
