Cosmetic Condition: Lens has been used. It shows normal wear on the lens barrel from use. Lens front plastic ring is cracked, so lens filter threads are damaged. But lens still accepts filters. 

I would rate it at 6 (or above average) on a scale from 1 to 10.  Front glass has no visible scratches. No fungus or haze. And I don't see any dust particles inside. Lens looks very nice. Lens still makes very nice pictures. The only problem I see , that it's front threads are damaged.
