Item has been used with some signs of cosmetic use. May have some light scratches. However it is not damaged in any way, no cracks or dents (please see the pics). This Filter is fully operational and functions as intended.  I would rate it an 8, on a scale from 1 to 10.
Comes in genuine Kodak plastic box.
