It has been used, It has some wear from use. but it is not damaged in any way, no cuts or tears. This pad strap is fully operational and functions as intended. I would rate it an 9, on a scale from 1 to 10.
Pad was made for 1cm wide straps. Most of Spotmatic straps were vinyl.
