Finder looks good. It seems to be missing logo on the side. I don't see anything damaged. Glass looks very nice, it is bright and clean. Free of fungus or haze. 

Please note that it was made for M42 series cameras, such as Spotmatic SP 1000, etc. It will not fit newer K mount cameras. Eyepiece ID is 24mm. 

I have tested it on Mamiya 1000 MX and Ricoh cameras and it fit well.
