Cap shows normal wear. It has some scratches from use. I don't see any cracks or any damage.

Please note that this cam has male threads, it is meant to be used with TV mount camera, not the lens. Or maybe for  2X teleconverter/ 

Item has been used with normal signs of cosmetic use, with some  scratching. But it is not damaged in any way, no cracks or dents. This lens cap is fully operational and functions as intended.  I would rate it a 8, on a scale from 1 to 10.
