Case will fit Minolta 135mm f2.8 and f3.5 MC lenses. My guess is that it will fit MD lenses as well. Please look at the pictures. 

Case is in very good cosmetic condition. Leather shows wear at the edges and at the seems. Case is clean. Nothing is damaged.  So please look at the pictures above. I would rate it at 8 for the looks and 10 for performance. It comes as pictured, without any accessories.
