Case will fit Minolta L39 screw mount lenses. Please look at the pictures. 

Case is in average cosmetic condition. It shows wear on the plastic. I see some scratches, and rub marks. Nothing is damaged.  So please look at the pictures above. I would rate it at 7 for the looks and 10 for performance. It comes as pictured, without any accessories.
