It is 1.5" wide. Or 4cm wide. . Strap  has been used, but it is in good condition. 

It has been used with normal wear.  I don't see anything damaged. Cap is fully operational and function as intended. It is very clean.

I would rate them a 9, on a scale from 1 to 10.
