Hood is in good condition. It shows some wear, from use. I see some scratches, but I don't see anything damaged. Threads look good. Rubber might be faded little bit. It is vintage item after all, made in 1970's. But it is not damaged in any way (see pics). 

This is original Mamiya made hood. 

This lens hood is fully operational and functions as intended.  I would rate it a 9, on a scale from 1 to 10.
