Made in Japan, genuine Paramount accessory. I would rate it at 9 on a scale from 1 to 10.  Filter will work on 55mm camera lens. Filter will be shipped with a leather bag just as pictured. No other accessories will be included in this sale, look at the pictures above.   Cosmetic condition: Filter has been used but is in excellent condition, looks good. It has no scratches on the coating. Glass elements are in good condition. Filter might have couple dust specs inside, that is normal for used lenses. Dust does not affect image quality.  No fungus or hazing inside glass elements. Performance: Filter works good. Everything works as it should.
