Item has been used with normal signs of cosmetic use, with some wear. Rubber looks good. I don't see any holes, cracks, etc. Filter threads are not bent, or damaged in any way. This lens hood is fully operational and functions as intended. I would rate it an 8, on a scale from 1 to 10.
