Filter will be shipped as pictured.  Filter OD is 37mm. And it has 37mm threads. It is made for mirror lenses, filter attaches to the rear of the lens. 

Lens filter been used, but it looks great. It will be mailed as pictured. Glass has no visible scratches. It is very clean. I would rate glass at 9 out of 10. Filter is fully operational and function as intended.
