Please note that this is a screw in type hood. it will fit any lens that has 58mm rim. 

Hood is in an average condition. Rubber looks OK. Rubber is little bit out of shape, it is not perfectly circular. That could be corrected.  It shows light wear.  I don't see anything damaged. Lens hood looks and works good.   This lens hood is fully operational and functions as intended.  I would rate it a 8, on a scale from 1 to 10.
