It is generic brand cap. For Nikon F lenses. Price for one cap. 

Item has been used with little signs of cosmetic use, with some scratching from normal use. But it is not damaged in any way, no cracks or dents.   I would rate it a 8, on a scale from 1 to 10.

Please note that this cap fits lens perfectly. It locks on the lens and it is not loose.
