Hood has been used, it has lots of scratches from use. But it is not damaged in any way, no cracks or dents. This lens hood is fully operational and functions as intended.  I would rate it an 6 (or bellow average) , on a scale from 1 to 10.

Please make sure that you have lens with 77mm rim. Hood is made of plastic. It is slip on type.
