Used Quantaray brand filter. Made in Japan. Filter is used, but it is in very good condition. It is clean. It has no scratches on the coating. I would rate it at 9 for the looks on a scale of 10. Filter will be shipped without any accessories just as pictured. 

Please note that camera sensor has some dust on it, that is why you see some dark spots in the pictures. I just want to clarify that they are caused by dust on the cameras sensor, they are not on the filter itself.
