Sharp Viewcam VL-E39U 8mm Video 8 Camcorder Video Cassette PARTS NOT WORKING

Condition parts not working. Camcorder is untested. No batteries or charger. The cable included has to have the charger to use 120V so unable to test using it either. Camera has several scratches and worn. The lens cover is broken. Please review photos for condition. AS IS.
