Lens filter has been used, but it is in good condition. In the pictures there seems to be some kind of dust or dirt particle on the glass surface. 

Lens filter been used with minor signs of cosmetic use.  Glass has couple very tiny scratches. And coating has rub marks as well. I would rate glass at 7 out of 10. Damage is purely cosmetic, it will not affect image quality. Filter is fully operational and function as intended.
