Please note that I don't know what lens it was made for. It is a screw in type cap. Thread size is 32mm. 

Cap has been used, with signs of cosmetic use, may have some scratches from normal use. But it is not damaged in any way, no cracks or dents (see pics). This Cap is fully operational and functions as intended. I would rate it an 8, on a scale from 1 to 10.
