Book is in fair condition. For me it seems that the only problem is with a cover page. Cover is damaged. Cover page and page 1-2 are loose. Cover could be taped. Other then that it looks good. I see couple written notes with pencil inside. Binding still looks good. Paper is yellow from age. I don't see any pages missing. Book has 462 pages. Book looks OK for it's age.
