You get bellows as pictured. Please note that this item is incomplete. So look at the pictures what accessories are included. You get bellows , with  two 2" rods, and four screws to lock bellows and lens ring. Bellows missing lens adapter ring  (plastic ring or B60 rings) . Bellows have at least 4 screws. So please look at the pictures. And it might be missing other parts as well. Please double check that this is all you need when ordering.
