Knife looks good. It has some rust on the blade. I will leave it to the new owner to clean and remove the rust. I don't see anything else damaged. Knife is heavy. Handle is thick and heavy, and heavier then the blade. So it is not well balanced. Handle has some rust as well. It seems to be made of bronze, but I am not sure...
