Hood is in excellent condition, it looks almost like new. .It is not damaged in any way, no scratches, cracks or dents (see pics). This lens hood is fully operational and functions as intended.  I would rate it a 10, on a scale from 1 to 10.

Please make sure that your lens has 55mm rim, or it will not fit,
