Please make sure that you have correct size lens. It has to have 72mm rim, it was used with FUJINON TV UM f1.6 10-110mm Lens HZ-811
 lens. Lens hood is around 75mm , so it goes over the lens lip and locks in place. 

Lens Hood has been used, it shows normal wear. I see some scratches from use, But it is not damaged in any way. It works good. It will be shipped as pictured.
