Please note that this is a twist on  type cap. It is genuine Canon made Cap. 

Lens cap has been used, but it is in good condition. It has some scratches  from use, but I don't see anything damaged, no cracks. Lens cap works good. 

Filter is fully operational and function as intended.  I would rate it at 8 or average , on a scale from 1 to 10.
