Case is in very good condition. Case has some scratches from use. I don't see any cracks. Plastic looks good. Case will protect your lens from moisture and impact damage. I would rate it an 8, on a scale from 1 to 10.
This case will fit lenses with Leica screw mount. Such as El nikkor 75mm f4, etc.
