Used Lens Cap H121001-003 Sigma for Canon-AF 52mm JAPAN Lens Cap is in excellent condition, inside and out.  There is some light scuffing and scratches from normal use.  But it is not damaged in any way. Cap is fully operational and functions as intended. I would rate it an 8 on a scale of 1 to 10.
