Frame size is 24X40". And picture size is 15X30". It is framed with glass. 

I have made pictures outside, so there is a reflection from the glass. Sorry about that. 

Shipping is free within USA. Please note that it will cost me a lot to package and mail this picture, since frame is so large.  So if you choose to mail it without a frame, I could give you $100 discount/refund.
