I would rate it at 7 out of 10. Filter has been used, it looks OK. But I see coating damage. It seems that coating has been rubbed of while cleaning the glass. Damaged is only coating, so it does not affect image quality. Glass looks good over all. I don't see any damage to the treads. Filter looks and works good.
