Adapter is old stock, open box item, it has never been used.

It comes  as pictured. Lower part (slip on part) is 28.5mm ID, 30.5mm OD.  Upper thread size is 30.2mm.  

Lens ring been used with minor signs of cosmetic use. I don't see anything damaged, it works good.  I would rate it at 8 out of 10.
