About Oakview Collectibles

Oakview Collectibles is a family operated business based in Southern Maine. We are collectors ourselves and love it when we can help you add a treasure to your collection or find that special memento that you've been missing. We take pride in providing quality collectibles - we stand behind everything we sell and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. All items are packaged with great care and shipped quickly.

We have been selling online since 2006. We carry retired collectibles and ornaments including Hallmark ornaments and Hallmark Collectibles featuring Peanuts Gallery, Family Tree, and Tender Touches. As well as figurines and ornaments from Precious Moments, M.I.Hummel, Memories of Yesterday, Cherished Teddies, Boyd's, Mary's Moo Moos, Pretty As A Picture and more.

We have expanded our product line to include current seasonal items from prominent design companies such as Bethany Lowe Designs and Primitives By Kathy. As well as carefully selected items for your home and garden.

Payment

Accepted Forms of Payment: Credit Cards and Paypal
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards. Credit card charges are processed by Paypal but a Paypal account is not required. For our customers that do have a Paypal account we also accept instant payments and e-checks. If paying with an e-check your item will ship after e-check has cleared and we have received payment from Paypal which typically takes 5 days, but may take longer. Remember, with Paypal you don't need to have a credit card to shop . You can pay from your checking account.

Shipping

We ship by next shipping day after payment is cleared. We ship Monday thru Saturday via USPS except holidays, (heavier or larger packages may ship via Fedex or UPS). We ship to US addresses including APO/FPO addresses.

We take great care in packaging your items so they will reach you safe and sound. If your package is damaged during shipping please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately. We may need to have you send photos of the damage and packaging as well as complete a claims form (which can be done online). In the case of damage, once we receive any required documentation and/or return of the item, if available, a replacement will be sent. If a replacement is not available you will receive a full refund. We use a private insurer and all shipping damages/losses should be handled directly with Oakview Collectibles.

Returns

We gladly accept returns that are in the original condition as they were shipped. Collectible packaging must also be in the condition as the item was shipped. Items returned with packaging that has been damaged/torn/soiled or is missing inserts or memory cards or shows signs of use and substitutions will not receive a full refund of the item price.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. For items purchased with shipping included or free, the original shipping costs will be deducted. Buyer pays return shipping.

Please be sure to ship your return in sturdy packaging to protect your return during shipping. If possible, please include a copy of your packing slip - it will help expedite the return process. Any special offers or discounts will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable. Please email us before returning an item.
